Therapeutic indications
- Local anesthesia (terminal, infiltration, conduction) in surgery, dentistry, ophthalmology, otolaryngology; blockade of peripheral nerves and nerve plexus at various pain syndromes.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the drug, other amide local anesthetic agents, a history of epileptiform seizures in the lidocaine, severe bradycardia, severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, severe chronic heart failure (II-III degree), sick sinus syndrome, syndrome of Wolff-Parkinson-White, syndrome of Adams-Stokes, atrioventricular (AV) block II and III degree, hypovolemia, severe liver / kidney function, porphyria, myasthenia gravis, retrobulbar introduction of glaucoma patients.
