General properties
Agents for treatment of hemorrhoids and anal fissures for local administration.

Hypersensitivity to belladonna or to other components of the drug. Diseases of the cardiovascular system, in which an increase in heart rate may be undesirable: atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, chronic heart failure, ischemic heart disease, mitral stenosis, severe hypertension. Glaucoma. Urinary retention or propensity to it, prostate adenoma. Myasthenia gravis. Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by obstruction. Hyperthermal Syndrome. Thyrotoxicosis. Acute bleeding.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Suppositories of dark brown in color with a characteristic odor of ihtammol, bullet-shaped form. Presence of plaque on the surface of a suppository is allowed.
Keep out of reach of children at temperature not exceding 25 °С.
