Peripheral vasodilators. Nicotinic acid and its derivatives.

Therapeutic indications

Prevention and treatment of pellagra (PP vitamin deficiency);

  • atherosclerosis;
  • hypoacid gastritis;
  • vasospasms (brain, kidney, limbs);neuritis of the facial nerve;
  • long-term healing wounds and ulcers of different origin and localization.
Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to nicotinic acid or other ingredients. Arterial hypertension (severe), gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (in the acute phase), expressed human liver, active hepatitis, decompensated diabetes, urolithiasis, hyperuricemia, gout.
