Therapeutic indications

Infections due to cefazolin-sensitive microorganisms:

  • respiratory tract infections;
  • genitourinary infections;
  • skin and soft tissue infections;
  • infections of bones and joints;
  • sepsis;
  • endocarditis;
  • biliary tract infections.

Prevention of surgical infections.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins and other β-lactams.
