Hepatotoxic reactions to the use of the drug in anamnesis. Concomitant use of potentially hepatotoxic agents. Alcoholism, drug addiction. The active form of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, the presence of relapse of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding in anamnesis or bleeding that accompanies other diseases. Severe blood coagulation. Severe heart failure. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min). Liver failure. Increased body temperature and flu-like symptoms. Suspicions of acute surgical pathology.
