General properties
Analgesics and antipyretics. Pyrazolones.
- Pain of low and medium intensity of different origin and localization (headache, toothache, burns, postoperative pain, dysmenorrhea, arthralgia, neuralgia, radiculitis, myositis) hyperthermic syndrome, fevers (the flu, acute respiratory and other infections); renal and hepatic colic (in combination with antispasmodic drugs).
Individual hypersensitivity to metamizole sodium and other pyrazolone derivatives. The attacks of asthma, rhinitis, conjunctivitis caused by acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in history. Violation of blood (agranulocytosis, cytostatic or infectious neutropenia). Liver and/or kidney failure. Hereditary haemolytic anemia associated with deficiency gpyukozo-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. Abdominal pain of unknown origin. Anemia, leukopenia. Kidney diseases: pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, incl history. Should not be administered intravenously in patients with systolitic blood pressure below 100 mm Hg. Polytrauma. Shock.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Clear, colorless or slightly yellowish or greenish-yellow liquid.
Keep in the orifinal packaging at temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
