- Local anesthesia (terminal, infiltration, exploratory) in surgery, ophthalmology, dentistry, otorhinolaryngology; Are used as a solvent for antibacterial agents in the cephalosporin group.
Hypersensitivity to the drug components, other amide local anesthetics, history of epileptiform seizures for lidocaine, severe bradycardia, severe arterial hypotension, cardiogenic shock, severe forms of chronic heart failure (grade II-III), sinus node weakness syndrome, Wolff-Parkinson syndrome - White's syndrome, Adams-Stokes syndrome, AV (AV) blockade of II and III degree, hypovolemia, severe violations of liver / kidney function, porphyria, myasthenia gravis, retrobulbar injection of patients with glaucoma; Contraindicated to patients in the first three months after myocardial infarction with a reduced cardiac output of the left ventricle (less than 35% of the norm); Coagulation disorders, anticoagulant therapy; Infection at the injection site; Contraindicated to non-contact patients; A significant decrease in the function of the left ventricle.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Clear, colorless or slightly colored liquid.
