General properties
Vasodilators used in cardiology. Glyceryl trinitrate.
- Prevention of angina attacks in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), including in the post-infarction period.
Hypersensitivity, hypotension (blood pressure lower than 90/60 mm Hg. Art.), Acute myocardial infarction with low filling pressure of the right ventricle, toxic pulmonary edema, hemorrhagic stroke, intracranial hypertension, angle-closure glaucoma, acute anemia, shock, collapse, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy , simultaneous application of sildenafil and other phosphodiesterase inhibitors, bradycardia (less than 50 b./min), cerebral ischemia, cardiac tamponade.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Round-shaped tablets, coated, white, or almost white, the upper and lower surfaces are convex. At the break when viewed under a microscope can see a core surrounded by one continuous layer.
Keep in original package at temperature not exceeding 25 ºС.
Keep out of reach of children.
