Drugs used in benign prostatic hyperplasia. Antagonists of α1-adrenergic receptors.
Therapeutic indications
- Treatment of functional disorders with lower urinary tract in benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to tamsulosin hydrochloride, including drug-induced angioedema, or to any of the excipients; orthostatic hypotension in anamnesis; severe hepatic impairment.
