Antiemetic means and preparations, eliminating nausea. The antagonists of serotonin receptors (5НТЗ). Ondansetron.
Therapeutic indications
- Nausea and vomiting caused by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
- Prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
Contraindications
The use of ondansetron with apomorphine hydrochloride is contraindicated, as observed cases of severe hypotension and loss of consciousness during a joint application.
Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
