Agents for treatment of peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease. H2 receptor antagonists. Ranitidine.
Therapeutic indications
- Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcers, not associated with Helicobacter pylori (in exacerbation phase), including ulcers associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
- functional dyspepsia;
- chronic gastritis with increased acid-forming function of the stomach in exacerbation phase;
- gastroesophageal reflux disease (to relieve symptoms) abo reflux esophagitis.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the drug; the presence of malignant diseases of the stomach, liver cirrhosis with portosystemic encephalopathy in anamnesis; severe renal insufficiency.

Main physicochemical properties
Film-coated tablets from light orange to orange in color, with a biconvex surface. At the break is seen under a magnifying glass core surrounded by a continuous layer.
